Sometimes it is hard to determine what birthday party games to play. A party is supposed to be full of excitement and provide a good time to all. So, how do you fill that bill? It can be hard to determine what party games to play. The following are a few good ideas for a car themed party:
Remote Control Car Races
A lot of boys love cars, and the thrill of racing them can be a fun activity to have in a birthday party. So, if you want to use this as a game, you can charge up all of your remote control cars, make a race course, and give each kid a remote. Of course, a race is not as fun if there is not a winner, and that winner should get some kind of prize. So, make it more fun by having some prize worth really getting competitive over. Another spin on this game would be to set up some sort of obstacle course that the boys have to maneuver around to get to the finish.
Make Your Own Pinewood Derby Car Races
If you are having a car themed birthday party, it only seems to make sense to have the boys there make cars. You can pick up pinewood derby type cars fairly easily at any craft store, and they do not cost much. You can provide the boys with some paint, sand, and the other tools necessary to finish off the cars they are making. Then, use a ramp of some kind, and have the boys race. Again, you can have some sort of prize for the winner. Even when the boys get out, they will have fun cheering on the other racers.
Musical Pit Stop
This is a new rendition of the game musical chairs. Instead of using chairs, put checkered flags up, and let the kids move around the “pit stops” with the music, instead of chairs. This is a great way to make a fun new game on an old classic. If you want to make it even more car themed, then play songs that have to do with music.
Pin the Wheel on the Car
This is a new, themed spin, on a tried and true party game. One of the fun ways to play this game is to draw a vehicle on a poster board, and give each child a wheel, that they have to try and pin to the right spot on the car, while they wear a blindfold. Give the winner a matchbox car, or some other car as the prize.
Car games are great for boys, and a lot of fun! You can take several of the classic party games and give them a car themed spin to make them the perfect games for a little boy birthday party.
